Service and Price Guarantee

MacBride Hinton & Co will always stand behind the quality and professional nature of the services that we offer. If at any point you are not completely satisfied with the services we have performed, we encourage you to bring this to our attention immediately. We will endeavour to rectify and resolve any defects in our performed work caused by us at no additional cost to you.

Our service and price guarantee are limited to the client’s responsibilities and warranties and the representations and disclosures you have made to us to us as defined by the purpose, scope and output of the engagement.  Where our time and cost exceed the expectations of the engagement due to unknown facts or new information provided, we reserve the right to advise you of our revised cost of service when it is known and certain that our time and cost will exceed the quoted amount for this engagement.  Furthermore, you agree that in the event that it is not practicable to enter into a variation, separate or new engagement agreement for the exceeded time and cost of this agreement, you accept our standard hourly costs.
